Goodies OÜ Terms of Sale

Effective from: 23.05.2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms of sale govern the purchase of products from the Goodies OÜ online store.

1.2. The online store is owned by Goodies OÜ (registration code: 17342124), address: Pärnu county, Pärnu city, Ridalepa village, Maiemardi, 88320. Customer service is available by email: klienditugi@goodies.ee klienditeenindus@goodies.ee

1.3. By placing an order in the online store, the customer confirms that they have read the terms of sale and agree to them.

1.4. Goodies reserves the right to change the terms of sale, prices and product selection. Changes will be published in the online store.


2. Prices

2.1. All prices displayed in the online store are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

2.2. A delivery fee may be added to the product price, which will be displayed when placing the order.

2.3. Goodies reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

2.4. If an obviously incorrect price is displayed in the online store due to a technical error, Goodies has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the customer.

2.5. Promotional prices and special offers may be limited in quantity and valid only for a specified period.

2.6. Discount codes may not apply to all products and may not be combined with other promotions.


3. Product Availability

3.1. Not all products displayed in the online store may be immediately available in stock.

3.2. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the amount paid for the missing product will be refunded.

3.3. Goodies reserves the right to partially fulfil or cancel an order due to stock, pricing or technical errors.

3.4. Some products may be available for pre-order. The delivery time for pre-order products may be longer than usual.

3.5. Goodies reserves the right to limit the quantities of products that can be purchased.


4. Placing an Order

4.1. To place an order, add the desired products to the cart and fill in the required information.

4.2. An order is considered confirmed after payment has been received.

4.3. After placing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

4.4. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Goodies is not liable for delays or problems caused by incorrectly entered information.


5. Payment

5.1. Payments in the online store can be made via electronic payment solutions. Bank link — all major Estonian banks (via Montonio). Card payment — Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

5.2. Payments are processed by Montonio and Goodies OÜ does not store the customer's bank card details.


6. Delivery

6.1. Orders are delivered across Estonia via SmartPost parcel machines. Delivery costs are €2.55 (including VAT). The parcel will arrive at the parcel machine within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received. We will notify you of the parcel's arrival by SMS or email.

6.2. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and product availability. Estimated delivery times are displayed in the online store.

6.3. Delivery may be made in multiple parts.

6.4. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and products upon receipt of the order.

6.5. If the parcel is damaged, the courier or parcel machine service provider must be notified immediately and Goodies must be contacted.

6.6. Goodies is not liable for delivery delays caused by the logistics partner, force majeure or circumstances arising from the customer.


7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The consumer has the right to return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act.

7.2. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

7.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • opened pet food,
  • opened treats,
  • opened dietary supplements,
  • hygiene products,
  • perishable products,
  • products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after opening.

7.4. The direct costs of return are borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is a defective product or an error by Goodies.

7.5. The refund will be made to the customer no later than 14 days after the returned products have been received and inspected.

8. Complaints

8.1. Goodies is responsible for product non-conformity in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8.2. A defective product must be reported within a reasonable time by email to klienditeenindus@goodies.ee. klienditeenindus@goodies.ee

8.3. The complaint must describe the problem and, if possible, include photos.

8.4. Goodies is not liable for:

  • damage caused by incorrect use of products,
  • reactions caused by individual sensitivity or allergies in animals,
  • situations where the product is not suitable for a particular animal due to its specific characteristics,
  • decisions related to veterinary treatment or diagnoses.

8.5. Goodies is not liable for damage caused by non-intended use of products or failure to follow usage instructions


9. Business Customers

9.1. Separate prices, delivery and payment terms may apply to business customers.

9.2. The 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers may not apply to business customers.

9.3. Goodies reserves the right to refuse to fulfil a wholesale order in justified cases.


10. Processing of Personal Data

10.1. Goodies processes customer personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy.

10.2. Personal data is used for order processing, delivery and customer communication.

11. Liability and Force Majeure

11.1. Goodies is not liable for damage caused by circumstances that Goodies could not influence or foresee.

11.2. In the event of force majeure, the fulfilment of the order may be delayed.


12. Final Provisions

12.1. Estonian law applies to the terms of sale.

12.2. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation.

12.3. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court.
